Role Overview
Endeavor Academy is seeking a proactive and organized HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The intern will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee availability records.
This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR coordination within a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and phone calls with candidates
• Assess communication skills and role suitability during screening
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal hiring teams
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
• Assist with onboarding new hires and documentation
• Maintain daily availability and attendance records of employees and interns
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and hiring status
• Maintain recruitment trackers using Excel or Google Sheets
Requirements
• Graduate in any field
• Good English speaking and communication skills
• Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
• Comfortable working in a remote work environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
