Role Description The HR Intern-Unpaid will support the Human Resources team in a variety of day-to-day activities in a full-time capacity. This on-site role is based in okhla South Delhi and involves assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping coordinate onboarding and induction programs. The intern will help with drafting and updating HR policies, tracking attendance and leave, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with HR documentation, organizing HR-related events or training sessions, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations. The internship offers hands-on exposure to HR practices within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in pursuing a career in people operations.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including a basic understanding of policy documentation and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, such as maintaining records, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email tools).
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism in a healthcare setting.
