Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an HR Intern located in Gurugram. The HR Intern will assist with developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting personnel management tasks, and contributing to overall HR management strategies. Daily tasks may include maintaining records, coordinating staff activities, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits practices
- Basic familiarity with Personnel Management and organizational processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Proactive and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
