At Segumento, we’re building a high-performance, fast-moving team in the data and marketing tech space. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR Intern who’s curious, proactive and excited to get hands-on exposure to how modern HR works in a scaling organization.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Maintain and update HR databases and trackers
- Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day operations and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
