About the role
Redient Security is seeking motivated HR interns to join our team. This internship is designed to help interns build strong foundational HR skills while working in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening and interview coordination.
• Handle onboarding & documentation.
• Assist in drafting job description and HR communication.
• Support daily HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee and intern records.
Skills & Requirements
• Basic understanding or strong interest in human resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS office/ Google workspace.
