Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Intern/Recruitment Specialist to support and manage day-to-day hiring operations by ensuring candidate quality screening, smooth interview coordination with clients and structured recruitment workflow.
The role plays a critical part in maintaining hiring standards, improving turnaround time and delivering a professional experience to both candidates and clients.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, communicative and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Candidate Screening & Quality Control
- Review resumes to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Validate experience, skills, availability and expectations
- Ensure only qualified candidates move forward in the hiring process
- Maintain candidate quality benchmarks as per team standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
- 1–3 years experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple interviews and candidates simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel or recruitment tracking systems
