Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern, focused on recruitment and operations. The intern will assist in various HR processes, including creating and updating HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting recruitment efforts. Day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, providing support for managing personnel benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
- Familiarity with HR Management, HR Policies, and Compliance
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
