Job Title: HR Intern / Office Administrator
Location: Belapur / Navi Mumbai
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skills & performance)
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern / Office Admin to support daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, HR processes, and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities1. HR & Recruitment Support- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain interview records
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and internship letters
- Maintain employee database and HR records
- Support onboarding and induction process
2. Employee Coordination- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and timesheets
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Help in maintaining HR policies and documentation
3. Office Administration- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Maintain filing systems (digital & physical documents)
4. Documentation & Compliance- Maintain employee files and records
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and HR documentation
- Support basic compliance and record-keeping tasks
5. Communication & Coordination- Draft emails and official communication
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist management in daily operational tasks
Required Skills- Good communication skills (English – spoken & written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email drafting
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
Eligibility Criteria- Graduate / pursuing graduation (HR, BMS, BBA, Commerce preferred)
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai / nearby areas preferred
