About the Internship:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development while working in a real startup environment.
⏰ Duration: 6 Months
💰 Stipend: First 3 Months Non-Paid, Next 3 Months Performance-Based Paid
📈 Opportunity: Job offer based on performance after internship
- Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Help maintain employee records and documentation
- Support in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internship certificates
- Coordinate and organize team-building activities and onboarding sessions
- Manage internal communications and support HR operational tasks
- Contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture 🌱
- Who You Are:Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn HR processes
