Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Intern based in Faridabad. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day tasks such as supporting HR management processes, creating and implementing HR policies, assisting with personnel management, and coordinating employee benefits. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Knowledge of HR Management and the ability to assist in various HR activities
- Familiarity with developing and implementing HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and ability to assist in their coordination
- Skills in Personnel Management and maintaining employee records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
