Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role located in Jaipur. As an HR Intern, you will assist in areas such as talent acquisition, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management efforts. You will work closely with the HR team, gaining hands-on experience in HR best practices and processes to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
- Skills in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
