Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Audit employee documentation for accuracy and completeness.
2. Review onboarding documents including offer letters, agreements, KYC documents, and policy acknowledgements.
3. Conduct logistics check audit for new joiners (Pre onboarding verification).
4. Perform work logistics setup audit to ensure employees have:
5. Verify and maintain records of WFH compliance confirmations.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders for resolving logistics gaps.
7. Track discrepancies in documentation or WFH setup and ensure timely closure.
8. Maintain audit trackers and prepare basic MIS reports.
9. Ensure confidentiality and proper record management at all times.
Skills & Competencies Needed:
1. Strong attention to detail.
2. Good coordination and follow-up skills.
3. Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance.
4. Comfortable working with Excel and trackers.
5. Process-oriented and organized approach.
