Job description
Position: HR Recruiter - Freshers and Experienced
Location: Chennai, Thoraipakkam (Candidate within 10kms radius)
Timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Monday to Saturday (Sundays off, and 2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Salary 15k to 20k + Incentives
Job Title: HR Recruiter
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection procedures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and hiring platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s / master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
