Position: Human Resource Intern

Location: Noida Statcon Electronics India Limited

Employment Type: 6 Months Internship [Then PPO based on Performance]

Qualifications & Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, General Management, or any related field.

Immediate joiners preferred & Must be willing to work from the Noida office location.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Creative mindset with an interest in people-centric initiatives.


Statcon Electronics India Limited is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and initiative-driven HR Intern to support core HR functions and contribute to building a positive and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, creative in thinking, and motivated to explore innovative ways to make the organization a Great Place to Work.


Key Responsibilities

Support in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including Fun Fridays, events, and culture-building initiatives.

Contribute to training and development programs, including coordination, content support, and feedback collection.

Drive initiative-based projects aimed at improving employee experience and workplace culture.

Proactively suggest and implement new ideas to enhance employee motivation, engagement, and retention.

Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and recruitment databases.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and HR documentation as required.
