Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern position located in Varanasi. The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department with tasks including recruitment, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, coordinating personnel management, and supporting HR operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR domains while working alongside an experienced team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience or interest in HR Management and designing and implementing HR policies
- Familiarity with administering Employee Benefits and managing HR documentation
- Skills in Personnel Management, including communication and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus
