We’re Hiring: HR Intern (Work From Office – Jaipur)
Sir Marketer is looking for a proactive, organized, and growth-driven HR Intern to join our team.
This is not just an internship — it’s an opportunity to learn recruitment, communication, employee coordination, and HR processes through real-world exposure.
We will guide you, train you, and help you grow — but we expect you to come with a willingness to learn, professionalism, and commitment towards your work.
📍 Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months
💼 Mode: Full-Time (Work From Office)
💰 Stipend: Based on performance
What You’ll Learn & Do:
• Assist in recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with applicants
• Learn onboarding and employee management processes
• Work on job postings and hiring platforms
• Support HR documentation and internal communication
• Understand workplace policies and team coordination
• Gain practical exposure to HR operations and talent acquisition
Who Should Apply:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR / recruitment processes is a plus
