Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including managing HR policies, assisting in recruitment, coordinating employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. You will also collaborate with team members to draft and refine policies and be involved in activities like staffing processes, monitoring compliance, and providing administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge and a strong understanding of HR Management practices
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management processes
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience or internship in HR is an advantage but not required
