Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day responsibilities, including supporting HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, managing personnel records, and contributing to overall HR management efforts. The individual will also play a key role in fostering a positive and supportive environment for team members.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and principles
- Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Experience or understanding of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive approach with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Pursuit or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience or internship in a related field is a plus but not required
