We’re looking for an HR Intern who’s excited about tech hiring in a fast-paced startup. This role is focused on closing engineering roles fast while supporting key HR processes.
What You’ll Do
- Source and reach out to candidates for Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product roles
- Screen profiles based on tech stack, experience, and role fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure smooth follow-ups
- Support onboarding and basic HR operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in tech recruitment/startups
- Good communication and ownership mindset
- Ability to move fast and manage multiple roles
- Basic understanding of tech roles is a plus
