What You’ll Do (100% Execution)
- Own Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and outbound
- Build strong pipelines for GTM, Tech, and Founders’ Office roles
- Go beyond job posts — hunt for talent
- Drive Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage interviews across teams
- Ensure zero delays and tight turnaround times
- Keep candidates warm and engaged
- Screen for Quality
- Conduct initial screenings
- Evaluate basics: intent, communication, role fit
- Filter signal from noise fast
- Candidate Experience
- Act as the first face of Revspot
- Communicate clearly, fast, and professionally
- Maintain a strong follow-up rhythm
- Hiring Operations
- Maintain trackers (pipeline, status, feedback)
- Support offer rollout and documentation
- Keep hiring data clean and updated

Details
- Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
- Work Days: 6 days/week
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 (performance-based)
