About the Role
Redient Security is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship is designed to help interns build strong foundational HR skills while working in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
including job posting, resume screening, and
interview coordination
· Support onboarding and documentation
activities
· Maintain and update employee and intern
records
· Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR
communications
· Coordinate with team members for daily HR
operations
· Support HR projects and administrative tasks
as assigned
Skills & Requirements
· Basic understanding or strong interest in
Human Resources
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time-management
abilities
· Willingness to learn and take responsibility
· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google
