Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
- Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding kits and documentation.
- Assist in organizing orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in processing HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and HR forms.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Employee Engagement:
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and celebrations.
- Collect feedback from employees and assist in implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- HR Projects:
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as performance management initiatives or diversity and inclusion programs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to HR initiatives.
- Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus.
