Job Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in drafting emails, letters, and HR communications
- Help in attendance tracking and leave management
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: 7000-10000
- Working Days: 6 days
