Job Summary:
The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to support daily operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to develop essential skills for a successful career in human resources.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms
• Contribute to employee engagement and internal communication activities
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online collaboration tools
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
