Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven HR Intern to support our talent acquisition function. This is a recruitment-focused role where you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and pipeline-managing candidates across multiple functions. You will work closely with the founding team and gain direct exposure to how a startup builds its team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication
- Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms including LinkedIn and Internshala
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referral networks
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit against role requirements
- Maintain organised applicant records and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage
- Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and the hiring team
- Support employer branding efforts on professional platforms
Who Can Apply
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, or Naukri
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Internship Details

- Duration: 2-3 Months
- Stipend: Unpaid
