The Role
We're looking for an HR Intern to work closely with the founding team in building and scaling Osto.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to gain experience in HR operations within a fast-growing startup. The role provides exposure across talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and people processes.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen candidates across multiple roles.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support HR operations, policies, and process documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR dashboards.
- Work closely with the founding team on day-to-day hiring priorities.
- Take ownership of ad hoc HR and people-related projects.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Prior HR internship experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ownership and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Google Workspace is a plus.
