Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship will provide exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, onboarding, and administrative support. It is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Support in screening resumes and maintaining candidate databases
- Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities for new employees
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR trackers
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Help in preparing HR letters, reports, and presentations
- Assist in attendance, leave, and HRMS-related data updates
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with recruitment processes
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Good written and verbal communication skills
