🔍 We’re Hiring: HR Intern (Remote)

📝 Work Description:
As an HR Intern, you will assist in basic recruitment and human resource activities. Your responsibilities will include:
• Posting job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screening CVs, resumes, and portfolios of applicants
• Shortlisting suitable candidates for various internship roles
• Coordinating with candidates during the selection process
• Maintaining basic records of applicants
• Supporting the HR team in day-to-day recruitment tasks
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Students pursuing
BBA or MBA
• Must be a
fluent Bengali speaker
• Must be
based in West Bengal, India
• Freshers or individuals looking to restart their career
• Candidates with basic knowledge or academic background in HR or recruitment are preferred
• Prior experience in HR/recruitment is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
