Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Maintain basic HR records and documentation
• Assist in team engagement and communication activities
• Help develop and improve HR processes
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Human Resources and people management
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
