Job Description (JD): HR Intern
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Internship Type: Full-time Internship
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: 15 K/month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure across core HR functions. This is a work-from-office role in Gurgaon, ideal for freshers looking to build practical HR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
- Assist in onboarding & documentation (joining formalities, employee records, file management)
- Maintain and update HR trackers (attendance, leave, recruitment pipeline, documents)
- Support HR operations: policy sharing, data entry, HR MIS updates
- Coordinate with teams for basic HR requirements and follow-ups
Requirements / Eligibility
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation
- Willing to work from office in Gurgaon and available to join immediately or within short notice
- Positive attitude, disciplined, and eager to learn
