🚀 We're Hiring: HR (Intern) – Remote | India 🎮
Are you passionate about people, organization, and building strong teams? Do you enjoy working across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations? If yes, HorizonX Playr is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Intern to join us for a 6-month internship!
This role is a great opportunity to learn real HR processes in a fast-paced gaming startup, work closely with designers/devs/producers, and help build a strong creative team behind our Fortnite and mobile game experiences.
📌 Role Overview:
- 🏡 Remote (Must have your own laptop/pc)
- 📍 India-based candidates only
- ⏳ Duration: 6 months
- 🕒 Work Hours: upto 8 hours (Monday to Saturday)
- 💰 Stipend: upto 8,000 INR [performance based]
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
- Create and manage job postings across LinkedIn, Discord, etc.
- Maintain applicant tracking sheets and HR databases
- Coordinate onboarding: offer letters, documentation, NDA, induction calls
- Support team engagement activities, feedback sessions, and HR policies
- Track attendance, performance reviews, and maintain HR documentation
- Work closely with department leads to understand hiring needs and culture fit
🎯 Requirements:
- Strong interest in HR, people management, or organizational psychology
- Excellent communication (English) — both written & verbal
- Good with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and documentation
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
- Bonus: Experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or HR student clubs
- Bonus: Understanding of startup or gaming/gamedev culture
