HR Intern – Hooc AI Technologies Pvt Ltd
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹12,000/month
PPO Opportunity: Up to ₹5 LPA based on performance
About Hooc AI
Hooc AI is building next-generation AI products and solutions focused on automation, communication, and intelligent user experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants real startup exposure and hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, SOP creation, and people management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end hiring and recruitment processes
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain hiring pipelines
- Draft and manage SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain HR databases and internal records
- Assist in creating HR policies and workflows
- Coordinate with different teams for manpower requirements
- Help in employee engagement and HR operations
- Manage internship and campus hiring activities
- Perform other day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/HR or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and documentation abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment
