We’re looking for a candidate who can recruit top talent, support employee growth, and drive impactful employee engagement at Growfitter.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Recruit good talent for various profiles through screening resumes and shortlisting applications.
- Update the employee database with proper details.
- Work on the creation of good training modules for teams.
- Help create employee policies about policies.
- Create an employee engagement program and conduct weekly activities for the same.
- Assist and organize relevant company events and activities.
