Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role located in Bengaluru. The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in various tasks such as developing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management. The role will also involve contributing to efficient HR management practices, ensuring a streamlined process for all employee-related activities, and facilitating excellent communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Familiarity with HR Management processes, including recruitment and employee engagement
- Understanding of HR Policies and experience with their implementation
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial
