Role Description
This internship role as an HR Intern at First500Days is a remote opportunity aimed at individuals passionate about human resources and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, supporting onboarding activities, coordinating with teams, and managing internal communication. The intern will also be involved in researching and implementing HR best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and support employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and candidates.
- Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Basic knowledge of HR software, tools, or systems is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and work collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in HR or related fields will be a plus.
- Interest in organizational development and talent acquisition strategies.
