Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role located in Villupuram. The HR Intern will assist in managing daily HR operations, including creating and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and maintaining personnel management tasks. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, conducting onboarding processes, and contributing to the development of employee engagement initiatives. The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting the HR team to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits management
• Skills in Personnel Management and ability to support employee-related operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
