Role Description
This is a 3-months paid remote internship at ππΌπΌππ.π₯π¦π· for the HR Generalist role. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and management, and policy implementation. This role requires a proactive individual with organizational skills to support our growing startup and ensure smooth HR operations. Day to day responsibilities would include but not limited to:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, engaging, and hiring talents from top universities and colleges of India.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and placement coordinators of the colleges to meet hiring goals.
- Find and source the right candidates through various portals like LinkedIn, and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
3. Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance review processes.
- Work with managers to establish performance goals and provide support for employee development.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
- Manage employee benefits programs and handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and collaborative team engagement
- Proficiency in communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or a related field
