What You’ll Do

• Find and connect with candidates via LinkedIn and job portals
• Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Maintain HR trackers and employee records
• Assist in team engagement activities and HR initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR (pursuing or recent graduate)
• Good communication skills
• Organized and proactive mindset
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn
• Eager to learn and grow in a startup environment
