Role Description
As an HR Intern at CruzenDigital, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s human resources functions. This full-time, on-site position, located in New Delhi, involves assisting in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with personnel management strategies. You will also contribute to various HR projects, help maintain employee records, and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and understanding of HR processes
- Experience or knowledge in HR Management, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance reviews
- Understanding of HR Policies and their application in a professional environment
- Familiarity with managing Employee Benefits and their coordination
- Skills in Personnel Management to assist in employee relations, onboarding, and documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships across teams
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate within a dynamic environment
- Pursuit of or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
