Role Description
The HR Intern role at Crab Grip Limited is a full-time. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities.
Responsibilities include coordinating with team members on attendance and leave, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and supporting basic administration tasks. The HR Intern will also help prepare HR documentation and reports, contribute to recruitment support such as scheduling interviews, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth personnel management across the organization.
Qualifications
- BBA / MBA
- MSW
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Any Related Field
Skills & Requirement
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR).
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and employee record-keeping.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn HR systems.
