Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who will support our hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment and HR management in a fast-growing wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and job portals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases
HR Operations
Assist in employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain HR records and employee data
Help create HR policies and SOPs
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing team meetings and engagement activities
Collect employee feedback and improve work culture
HR Analytics
Track hiring metrics (applications, shortlist, hiring ratio)
Prepare weekly HR reports
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of HR and recruitment
Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / HR / Psychology
Interest in wellness, yoga, or healthcare industry
