Role Description
This is a full-time HR Intern position located on-site in Indore. The HR Intern will assist in a wide range of HR-related tasks, including implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The intern will collaborate with the HR team to address personnel management needs and contribute to creating a positive work environment by supporting various HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management concepts, best practices, and functions.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Experience or familiarity with Personnel Management and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a relevant program such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with HR management tools or systems is preferred.
