Job Description
- We are launching the Zippee HR Internship Program (0–1 years of experience) to help make Zippee The Best Place to Work At.
- This program is designed to give you front-row exposure to how culture, talent, and people practices are built at one of India’s fastest-growing Quick Commerce startups. You will learn to implement strategies to recruit, hire, onboard, train, motivate, and exit employees.
- This is an incredible 6-month internship opportunity to gain hands-on exposure, and you’ll work directly with senior leaders, get end-to-end ownership of HR projects, and learn to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- This is a paid, in-person internship in Gurgaon (monthly stipend of Rs. 15000), and top performers will be eligible for PPOs upon completion.
Responsibilities
- Learn about end-to-end HR functions and work with Management to create a rockstar, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Design JDs, interview questions, and assessments to reflect each position's requirements.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to recruit and onboard new hires across levels.
- Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
- Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to the Management.
- Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
- Help management forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Only for top students/recent graduates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated interest in People & Culture through prior internships, campus roles, or projects.
- Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-growth startup environment.
- Fast learner with the hunger to take ownership and deliver outcomes, not just tasks.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and senior leaders: we are looking for future HR leaders, not just interns.
