Company Description SRVs SOLARS LIMITED (SR), an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, has been committed to providing clean, green, and affordable energy since 2003. Initially focused on the biomass sector, the company expanded into solar in 2009 and has since achieved significant growth. SR has installed and commissioned solar power plants totaling approximately 20 MW and provided consultancy for projects aggregating to 200 MW. SR conducts a range of renewable energy training programs, including Surya Mitra, Varun Mitra, solar grid engineer training, internships, and vocational courses.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role based in Chhattisgarh, India. The HR professional will manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management for staff working in the solar and renewable energy domain. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and maintaining accurate personnel records in line with company standards and local regulations. The HR team member will support training and development initiatives, coordinate with various departments, and help build a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also requires handling HR compliance, addressing employee queries, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in designing and implementing HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess effective Personnel Management capabilities.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting is an advantage.
