About the Role
Sparsh Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Implementation Specialist to drive successful HRMS implementations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, hands-on experience in system configuration, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and support end-to-end HRMS implementation based on client requirements
· Understand client HR policies and translate them into system configurations
· Collaborate with clients during requirement gathering, onboarding, and go-live phases
· Perform manual testing to ensure system accuracy and functionality
· Identify bugs/issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution
· Ensure smooth integration of modules like Attendance, Leave, Payroll, etc.
· Conduct product walkthroughs and provide post-implementation support
What We’re Looking For
· 1–2 years of experience in HRMS Implementation / HR Tech / SaaS-based roles
· Strong understanding of core HR functions (Attendance, Leave, Payroll)
· Hands-on experience in system configuration and client interaction
· Knowledge of manual testing (test cases, validation, bug tracking)
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
