Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kanpur for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will handle tasks including developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Additionally, the role includes recruitment, employee performance management, and supporting employee relations to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is preferred
- Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a bonus
