Position: HR Head
Hospital: Ayushman Hospital & Wellness Center
Location: Kurra, Nawapara (Rajim), Chhattisgarh
Qualification: MBA in Human Resource (HR)
Experience: Hospital / Healthcare HR experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring process for hospital staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and hospital HR standards
- Handle staff management, employee relations, and workplace coordination
- Conduct staff training programs and monitor employee performance
- Manage attendance records, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, labour laws, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR data management
- Support hospital management in workforce planning and organizational development
Skills Required
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of HR policies and hospital administration
- Ability to handle staff coordination and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
