Position: HR Head

Hospital: Ayushman Hospital & Wellness Center

Location: Kurra, Nawapara (Rajim), Chhattisgarh

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource (HR)

Experience: Hospital / Healthcare HR experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring process for hospital staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and hospital HR standards
• Handle staff management, employee relations, and workplace coordination
• Conduct staff training programs and monitor employee performance
• Manage attendance records, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with hospital regulations, labour laws, and HR documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR data management
• Support hospital management in workforce planning and organizational development
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of HR policies and hospital administration
• Ability to handle staff coordination and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
