Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the HR Head, based in Nashik. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits management, compliance, and policy development. They will design and implement HR strategies to foster a positive work culture and support organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include performance evaluations, training and development programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the institution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and Performance Management
- Familiarity with Compliance, Policy Development, and Employment Laws
- Experience in designing Training and Development programs
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Decision-Making skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the education or healthcare industry is an advantage
