Eduport is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead and manage the complete Human Resource operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, performance management, and overall people management while building a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across departments
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with department heads
- Oversee onboarding and employee induction programs
HR Operations
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance department
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally
- Drive employee retention initiatives
Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance and review systems
- Coordinate probation reviews and confirmations
- Support department managers in performance improvement plans
Policy & Compliance
- Implement HR policies and company procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards and labor regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR matters
Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and guide the HR team effectively
- Coordinate with management for organizational development initiatives
- Support company growth through strategic HR planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management or HR leadership role
- Strong recruitment and employee management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience in managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment
