Role Description
The HR Head will be responsible for leading and managing Human Resources strategy and operations for the organization. Primary duties include developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing talent acquisition, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, building employee engagement strategies, and driving organizational development initiatives. The role also requires monitoring performance management systems, training programs, and creating a healthy workplace culture that aligns with the company's values. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India.
Qualifications
- Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding employees
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and team building
- Proficiency in performance management, training, and development programs
- Thorough understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and organizational development
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, tools, and analytics to manage HR processes effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
- 5-10 + Years of Experience in a leadership HR role is preferred.
